Good experience other than the coupons having trouble working.
Very easy to use and find what I needed. The only thing I would change would be to make a "reorder" button so a customer can more easily order a repeat of previous orders without having to search for it again.

The numerous product listings while searching for specific colors was a bit confusing and the tabs at the top (explore, learn, perform, etc) were vague in meaning and didn't help in finding products. Even though they have a Mehron creamblend color matcher, the one color I was looking for a match for (ogre green) wasn't listed. I ultimately went with neon yellow because I can tone the color into a darker green, but the little color icon and the images of the shirt looked a lot different so I'm nervous if it will be the right color. I did like all the options for the full suit vs just an upper body shirt, but I'd love the long sleeve leotard to have gloves rather than be open at the wrist. A leotard would work better than the gloved shirt for me.
Been using you guys for over a decade now, way back when I first started cosplaying and needed the perfect shade of gray for my homestuck cosplay. You will always be my go to!

The website was easy to navigate! I do wish the sheer tights had images with live models rather than the animated image to get a better idea of how they will look.

It is wild to me that you have such minimal sizing information available. Is it unusual to want a height/weight range or shoe sizing ranges for socks? My order is a complete gamble.

The website is getting more and more clear. I love the new way of showing the colors, bigger and more clear..You used to ask if we like a gusset in the tights. I didn’t see that question this time. I hope it means that there is automatically a gusset in the plus size 😊
