Purchase is pretty straight forward. No issues.

The website was very user friendly. I also had interaction with customer service and they were great. The customer service person that was helping me really went above and beyond to answer my questions and because of her I will be a loyal customer forever.

I was a bit startled to get an email in response to my "Forgot password" click that included my password in clear text. Not a big problem, since the site doesn't store any particularly sensitive information and the password is easy to change, but it's not great security practice.

Overall, the experience buying with We Love Colors was pretty good! I have heard good things from other cosplayers about this website, so I am excited to try out the products for myself. I will say that I am a little disappointed in the fact that being from Canada, I can't see the prices in CAD (especially since there is quite a difference in prices from USD to CAD...) and that there aren't any cheaper shipping options. As well, when I tried to use some of the coupons available, it would work but then the page would reset and when I tried to enter the coupon again, it said that it was invalid, which is a lil bit funky. I'm totally fine with waiting a little while longer for my package if it means I can save some money haha. Otherwise I am impressed by the options available for colours, styles, and sizes!

Was just very excited to find a place that sold armsocks because I am just starting sewing and really don’t want that to be my first project! Very nice site that explained things well, and it was easy to find what I was looking for.

Overall easy to navigate. Only potential issue was not being able to distinguish the difference between the long gloves and opera length gloves as both pictures made it look potentially similar

The exact choice I wanted wasn’t available, but the options more than make up for it, making an even more suitable selection.
