Good and trouble free

The site and check out looks sketchy so I know I would not have ordered had I not been recommended and had PayPal not been an option. There needs to be actual pictures of people wearing the items.

I've been a fan of your products since 2022, and I make a purchase of multiple items about once a year. Today, unfortunately, I received a misleading email about a flash sale for 25% off. The email said nothing about what items were eligible, and when I clicked through to the website, it did not filter the products in any way. I selected six items, only to discover that none of them were part of the flash sale. I emailed customer service (and received a very prompt response). This was how I discovered that only the outlet is on flash sale. The outlet was comprised of only leotards/body suits today, and none of them come in my size.

The color swatch categories helped a lot. It also helped that product descriptions include common cosplays people use the certain colors for. Reviews would be helpful to see fit, quality and color examples. It would be nice to be able to enter different addresses for billing & shipping. A coupon on the first order would be generous.

Very easy to navigate

I spent all day looking for a product that would fit my needs and I found exactly what I was looking for here. I found the website through a reddit user's suggestion.

I love this company and am so happy to continue shopping here! I am already on the mailing list, and got a code for 25% off (though it was unclear if that was for all products or just dancewear). There wasn't a place in the checkout process to enter a discount code, which is disappointing. I know I'll be very happy with my purchase, I do think these products are worth the full price, I usually make a purchase around this time every year. It would be nice to get a coupon once in a while.

Great interaction. Sometimes felt confused if the plus size / regular size of tights was seperate or on the same page so clarifying that would be helpful.

I am obsessed with your products. I rec. everyone to your store, the quality and the product is amazing. I think if the website was flashy like other tights places or more marketing maybe you would have more people? Word of mouth also is great and those who know I am sure share with everyone!

The product range is lovely, the color range is wonderful. I’d love to see expansion within the green shades in the future! The delivery/shipping time being as long as it is is less than ideal, considering I am in the same state as the company. But I understand that it is just a part of operating a small business and in the future I’ll keep it in mind when ordering for deadlines! Excited to receive my product.

I'm happy to have found an alternative to Amazon vendors with so many options, as well as good photos.
