If I had to criticize anything the length of your gloves should be included in your product description but everything else was a wonderfully smooth shopping experience

I was surprised by the price but this is the only place i know that sells the gloves that I got. Hopefully they fit well and last longer than one weekend

On tablet, the left side bar takes up so much room that I canāt see many items at a time, and since everything comes in every color I donāt need to filter by color. Other than that, easy to use, shop, and I LOVE your size range & models!
Honestly having all items sorted through color as being an option is great! I it would be nice if the color swatches were set with a white background behind them though, as I have to use the dark setting on my browser that makes all the white space black due to a disability I have. Since the color seems to be semi transparent in the programing it skews the colors to look different in the color selections.

It was easy to use and the pictures for the products were so dynamic that is helped me picture how each product would look from multiple angles. I had also emailed the company ahead of time to ask about which products would best suit a certain individual. They were prompt in their reply and thorough with their answer!

I needed to match colors with makeup but had to do a Google search to find the article that would help (Mehron + We Love Colors guide). I was surprised to see the guide was from this website because I couldn't find it myself. I was recommended this site by many cosplayers, so I didn't expect that kind of information to be so difficult to find.

love your site. love your products but would like to see more internation shipping options on the site itself, rather than having to do it after the fact.
I think the only awkward part was with the checkout experience. I got confused because I didn't see that the zip code for the shipping address was at the top and I thought it was missing from the address. So I had to go back and make sure it was there, since I didn't want my order to go to the wrong place. It was just a bit confusing but I figured it out.
It was a great over all experience. Truly loved all the options
