I wouldn't mind delivery taking longer if shipping were free. I expect items that cost this much will have shipping included in the price.

I couldn't figure out how to get my 5% discount for being a first time customer. It may have come off the total but there was nowhere to enter it. I wasn't too troubled as this is a very small discount, it should be 10% at least. Though I still ordered so... It's a little hard to search for products. I wanted to see opaque tights for women but I could either see all women's things or all opaque tights. Your color choices and availability are amazing, the only trouble is it's really hard to choose. Maybe you could give some suggestions for wearing tights out in the world, like which stripe combination looks best with different types of clothes or which bright colors act most like neutrals or will go with the most things, etc.

I was able to go right to what I needed by looking at the menu for categories. It was very easy to find the products I was looking for.

i love the color selection and the mehron color matches. it is slightly pricey but i have heard quality is good.

Site and options are great. Only issue was with how sizing is stated. Measurements at more helpful than weight/height ranges.

I used the mobile site, but the colors in your mehron color match look nothing like the colors of the product photos. I also think you should add some indicator of whether you are taking orders or not (with dates) bc the site is so old I'm almost worried you are no longer in business.

Easy to use. The colors have a big variety. However, the color of the display was very different for tights vs knee highs on the same device. For instance, caramel is almost grey on the knee highs and rich brown in the tights. I may be disappointed with my order depending on which one is accurate.

Website is simple and very easy to navigate. I wish there were models for all colors in the styles. I was very interested in the sheer line. But many of the colors did not have a photo and I found it difficult to imagine how the tights would look like in person. I also appreciate the size availability. I do wish that the glitter fishnets had one more size up for their plus size. I would have purchased a pair from that line but was nervous that they would not fit.
