Overall good. I wish there was more information on what the "panel" meant in the sizing charts for tights.

Very easy to use and find things

I have purchased many different things from this company, everything has been great. The quality of awesome and the colors are sooooo pretty. My only complaint has really ever been that with the more neon colors you really do have to hand wash them for a while because the color bleeds.

Prices are a little high for me buying a product blind in its quality, but the color variety is just what I’m looking for so willing to take a gamble.

I was happy with my experience. I only messed up once and forgot to change it to plus size for my last suit I order and reached out to the company through email.

Easy to search by color which made it easier.

I was not entirely happy with the way the website is layed out. There is no good way to look at everything and when you click on an item in your cart you cannot view the photo gallery which makes it inconvenient to remind myself of the items. Furthermore, I did not see a place that indicates the expected shipping times. Although I may just be missing them, it would improve the user experience to have that prominently displayed. Overall, the website is also minority glitchy but I appreciate the unique, cosplay-friendly items you sell, hence the high rating of recommendation I gave.
