I heard about this site from Genny Di, YouTuber and cosplayer, and I am thrilled to have found it. Today in particular, I needed a mask to wear to the renaissance fair with my costume, as I have asthma and cannot afford to breathe the inevitable dust. I was ready to just go ahead and wear an ugly mask over my painted face, until I found your masks in the same color as the rest of my costume. I’m almost happy crying. I can save my lungs and keep my costume looking great! So so so grateful for all these amazing options. Also, the leotard I bought is really comfortable, even while being snug (which is good). I’ll be coming back to this site for all my costume needs from now on.
Great. I love the quality of the seamless products. The only issue I had was when I clicked on outlet product the second time it just redirected me to product lists. I had to go back to a previous tab in which I had the right product already open.

Very easy to navigate the site, very happy with the wide range of color options. I liked that they have two length options for the gloves, but maybe a third, middle length would be nice. Easy to check out.

I bought a pair of tights and a pair of gloves for a costume. It’s well known that we love colors has good stuff for cosplay and that’s what I got it for. I purchased on my phone and everything worked perfectly fine, except for the like PayPal check out option which was a little janky but it was fine otherwise.

Mostly very good - I wish there was clearer communication about what items were out of stock and when they'd come back. When shopping for a specific color, I had to go to each item to find out if it was available in the color I was searching for, rather than having it say it was out of stock in the first place. Not a big deal, but made it a little confusing. Overall, I'm excited for the pieces I ordered and there's such a great variety with detailed descriptions on what to expect
I think the website is great the sizing chart was a little confusing and I feel it would help a bit if there was a this is what the model size is to help guide you
I like having multiple tabs open when shopping and i couldnt do that with multiple colors. Site was sold out of most of what i wanted. Sizing is limited.

The website has gotten easier now that I'm used to it, but I remember feeling it was very clunky when I first started using it, and some information was missing from some items. Today was to quickly grab some "backup gloves" in case the ones I'm making don't work out, nothing very special.
Overall it's good website and service. My only issue is that the photos used for the products can be improved. Photoshopping the approximate color on to the same image for each color is frustrating because I'm not sure how accurate the color will be in reality. Some products don't have pictures at all, just sketches with the color added digitally. Also the posing of some products make it difficult to make out exactly what it looks like, the leotards in particular. I was trying to see the neckline of one leotard but it's absolutely obscured by how the model is posed and that's the only photo provided. Taking new photos of each product in each color would be a lot better. You could even take photos in a variety of lighting, warm, cool, neutral lights, etc. and backgrounds, in a white studio and in the sunlight outside possibly.
