I find the search feature and item categories to be confusing. For example, I purchased the 'Women's Long Sleeve Scoop Neck Leotard' but I only found it by searching the word 'leotard'. It is not listed under the women's dancewear category. I find that there are several products that only show up by searching and not by clicking the category in the 'shop' button.

Over all the experience was fine. The site and check out were relatively straightforward and easy to use. When I needed to go back a page it didn't ruin everything. Hopefully the rest of the process goes well too.

I love that you have a large selection of colors for your items. However, with the prices charged, I feel that there should be some sort of discount for orders over a certain amount, and definitely believe that, on an order for what I paid, shipping should be free.
I love all the color options! I wish that there were more transparent right options. I also wish All sock heights were on the same sock tab. That was a little confusing for me.
A new We Love Colors carried the socks I wanted, and was reasonably sure they had them in a color that would work with my outfit. I couldn’t tell from the description how heavy the socks were so all I got two different weights but that is OK becauseI have use for both in the future. I wish I had ordered them earlier so I wouldn’t have to get pay for faster shipping, but that is my problem not WLC’s. Since I have not yet received the socks I am not sure that the colors I chose, based on the color swatches on my screen, are correct for what I need, but my prior experience with this on this website is that they are usually pretty true to reality.
