Returns/Exchange Policy
At We Love Colors we are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. We stand behind the quality of our products, if you are not completely satisfied with our products for any reason simply return it to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days from date of purchase.
Returns
Returns may be made up to 30 days for a full refund. Returns made after 30 days may be assessed a restocking fee. Returned products must be in new and unused condition. New and unused means sale-able condition, not dirty and not washed. Returned items in unacceptable conditional will be assessed a restocking fee. US Postal shipping charges are non-refundable. FedEx shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the guaranteed delivery date was not fulfilled by FedEx and are refundable by FedEx via their shipping guidelines.
Exchanges
Exchanges are also accepted up to 30 days from date of purchase. Exchange shipping charges will be applied to credit card used when placing order.
Special Orders
For orders with special, custom colors, sale, or discontinued items. Please contact us before returning.
Shipment Errors
All shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but in the event where we made an error, we will correct the error with no additional shipping cost to you. Please carefully check all information you enter when placing order online, and double check all information is correct in confirmation email that is sent for order. We are not responsible for any problems arising from your providing us with incorrect information. Please also note we have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this Web site. Our colors may vary slightly. The actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and video card settings, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. See our Color Guide.
Returns and Exchanges
You may return any item purchased from We Love Colors by mail. Pending inspection, a refund or credit will be issued to you for the value of the item including taxes. Shipping fees are non-refundable. To return an item by mail, follow the instructions below, insure the package, and mail it to:
